Founded by Henry Klein, father of the current dealer principal Ron, the original Astoria Motors built a strong reputation for quality car repairs in the Brighton area in the 1950's.

Moving to larger Bentleigh East premises in the mid 1960's saw the establishment of the Astoria Honda Centre, and the beginning of a pioneering and exclusive commitment to the now famous and highly regarded Honda brand.
