Astoria Honda's New Vehicle Sales showroom is moving. Here's all the information you need.
Q. What is the situation?
A. Effective 1 July 2018, Astoria Honda will have a New Vehicle Sales showroom.
From: Astoria Honda's New Vehicle Sales department currently located at 961 North Road, Bentleigh East, VIC 3165
To: Brighton Honda premises at 801 Nepean Highway, Brighton VIC 3204.
Please note: Astoria Honda's existing service, parts (and panel) facilities at Bentleigh East will remain unchanged and will operate as normal
Q. Will there be a name change?
A. Yes, Brighton Honda will now be called Astoria Honda Brighton.
Q. Where will the Service Centre be located?
A. The service centre in Bentleigh East (956 - 958 North Road, Bentleigh East, VIC will remain Astoria Honda. The Brighton Service centre (801 Nepean Highway, Brighton, VIC will be renamed Astoria Honda Brighton.
Q. I am currently a customer of Brighton/ Astoria Honda. What does this mean for me?
A. You should experience no change in the high standard of service you currently experience from your Honda dealer. If you do have any concerns, please feel free to contact David Ferguson, Sales Manager, on 0408 235 434.
Q. Do my warranty arrangements and finance still apply?
A. All current agreements with Astoria Honda or Brighton Honda will continue to apply.
Q. I previously received an offer for free service when I purchased my car. Will Astoria Honda Brighton honour it?
A. Yes, any such arrangements will honoured.
Q. What about service records and sensitive information regarding customer details?
A. Astoria Honda will have access to customer information as necessary to support the service and repair of vehicles presented to them. If you have any concerns regarding the security of your customer details, please feel free to contact David Ferguson, Sales Manager, on 0408 235 434.
Q. I have just started the purchase process at Astoria Honda. Will my offer including trade in valuation, finance rates etc be honoured?
A. Yes, all arrangements will honoured.
Q. What about local sponsorships and any Honda Foundation activity currently in effect?
A. Yes, Astoria Honda Brighton will continue all community engagements and sponsorships previously managed by Brighton Honda and Astoria Honda.
Q. Will vehicle service costs change?
A. Many Honda vehicles are eligible for the Honda Tailored Service program. The terms and conditions will continue to apply. Please see https://www.honda.com.au/owners/servicing.html for more information.
Q. My car is in for repair, will the standing quote carry over?
A. Any standing quotes will remain.
Q. If my vehicle is under finance (or service arrangements), do my payment details and bank details automatically carry over?
